Spinach and Artichoke Dip

 

 

Ingredients:




- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 



Instructions:



1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
6. Serve the spinach and artichoke dip with your favourite chips, crackers, or bread.
